This is Santa. He hasn’t been feeling well lately, his waist somewhat tight and way too full south of the belt-line. So he has been seeing a specialist and the doctor ordered surgery. “Routine” he said. “You’ll be better in no time.”
Instruments have been prepared, the doctor is getting ready. Santa is mildly concerned – isn’t there something missing? Where are the anesthetics? “Nurse? Have you been drinking again? Bring in the narcotics. NOW!”
“Here you go…” “Thank you, nurse. Please prepare the patient.”
“Hey! Wait! What? Not again… Put them scissors away and turn the patient on his belly.”
“That’s better. And put them goddam’ scissors away already! … I am going to perform…” “What doctor? You won’t… Not that…” “Yes, nurse. I have to. It’s going to be a Butt Cut. Pray for us…”
“Nurse?” “Yeah?” “Instruments ready?” “Yeah…” “Okay. Scalpel. Swap.” “Doctor?” “Yes, nurse?” “We don’t have a scalpel…”
“Quick, quick, quick, now. No time to lose. Give me what you have.
Your bread knife? Really?”
(And this is the point when the maximum file size for picture uploads is reached and the blogpost, not unlike Santa, has to be split in two parts…)
Stay tuned!

Noooo…
